Prayagraj: The wait for the UP board results of more than 47 lakh candidates who appeared in the UP Board’s high school and intermediate examinations this year is over. UP Board Secretary Divyakant Shukla has announced to declare the result on Saturday, June 18. According to the secretary of the UP Board, this time according to the old tradition, the results of high school and intermediate will be declared from Prayagraj, the headquarters of the UP board. However, the result of high school will be declared at 2:00 pm, while the result of intermediate will be declared at 4:00 pm. For the last few years, the result was being declared from Lucknow instead of Prayagraj.
It is worth noting that a total of 5192689 candidates were registered in the UP Board 2022 High School and Intermediate examination, out of which 4775749 candidates took the examination, while 416940 candidates were absent in the board examination. A total of 2781654 candidates were registered in the high school, out of which 2525007 candidates were present and 256647 candidates were absent. At the same time, a total of 2411035 candidates were registered in Intermediate, out of which 2250742 candidates were present and 160293 candidates were absent.

A total of 148 candidates were caught using unfair means in the UP Board exam. Along with this, a total of 45 candidates were kept appearing for the examination instead of others. In the board examination, FIR was lodged against 02 unfair means, 01 principal, 01 center administrator and 04 out of 40 others.
With this announcement of the Secretary of the UP Board, there is a wave of happiness among the examinees, teachers and their parents. After giving the exam, the students were also eagerly waiting for the result. More than the students, their parents and teachers preparing for the examination were also waiting for the board results.
