Gyanvapi Masjid Case: Supreme Court’s stays Trial court from giving any new order till May 20

Varanasi: The hearing in the Supreme Court in the Gyanvapi Masjid case was postponed on Thursday. Advocate Vishnu Jain prayed to the bench that the Hindu side’s lawyer Harishankar Jain was discharged from the hospital only yesterday, so he should be given time till Friday to file his reply. On this the Muslim side objected and said that the local court of Varanasi is hearing continuously. A wall breaking application has been given in the local court. On which the Supreme Court said that now the lower court will not conduct any new hearing. We will now hear this matter at 3 pm on Friday.

Meanwhile, Varanasi Court commissioner Vishal Singh has submitted a three-day survey report before Varanasi Civil Judge Ravi Kumar Diwakar in the Gyanvapi Masjid-Sringar Gauri case. According to the information, the court commissioner has submitted a 12-page report, in which many things are mentioned.
