When bail is granted, a new case comes up. How is this happening?
At the same time, the lawyer of the UP government said that this is a misunderstanding. Every case is different in itself. The state government wants the court to understand this through an affidavit.
The Supreme Court allowed the state government to file an affidavit on this. At the same time, the next hearing is fixed on Tuesday next week.
Earlier, in the case of Azam Khan, the Supreme Court had also expressed displeasure over the Allahabad High Court. The Supreme Court had said that how can it be that the High Court has reserved the decision months ago and no decision is being given.
